When is riding Honda Scoopy perfect on Koh Samui?

I rode a Scoopy north along the ring road from Chaweng to Mae Nam last February and hit clean, dry asphalt the whole way - February to April is the island's best small-scooter weather, low humidity and traffic before the peak-season snarl. On this bike, timing matters more than destination. Leave before 7 a.m. and Chaweng Beach Road is nearly empty, throttle response sharper in the cool, grip reliable on overnight-dried tarmac. Late afternoon around 4 p.m. through Lamai is the other sweet slot, when the heat drops and the road quiets between lunch and dinner. Combined braking keeps the front from locking on wet painted lines, so a rainy descent above Nathon stays manageable. Where the 110cc struggles is steep, loose tracks like Hin Ta or midday standstill traffic in direct sun. Ride the north coast at dawn or Lamai at dusk for the best of it. https://samui-bikes.com/en/rent-scooter/rent-honda-scoopy/when-is-riding-honda-scoopy-perfect-on-koh-samui/
