Above the Nathon rubber plantation a farm-road network runs 8 km into the hills; carry offline maps and two litres of water for a half-day. Three northern beach access tracks between Mae Nam and Bangrak reach the shore through plantation land, two with loose sand needing the semi-knobby tyres, all closed to tuk-tuks. Silver Beach's 600 m track shifts concrete-gravel-sand without a technique change, and the west coast plantation network climbs 14 km to views no ring road reaches.
